We purchased Kelly St. in July of 2006. It originally consisted of 5 low-end residential units and 2 struggling commercial units. We partnered with St. Mary's Bank and The West Side Revitalization Initiative, which was run by the city of Manchester. We felt that through careful planning, an attractive design, and a full renovation of this property we could attract new businesses, which would stabilize and improve the neighborhood.

Once the designs were completed, we approached the Manchester Police Department to occupy one of the four new commercial units that would be available on Kelley St. Through careful negotiation and financial help from the Catholic Medical Center, we were proud to say we signed our first three year lease with the Manchester Police Department.

Renovations on the exterior of the building included:
• Removal of old siding and porches
• Brand new exterior sheathing and Typar exterior wrap

On the interior, four brand new commercial spaces were put in as well as four completely renovated 3 bedroom, 1 bath apartments, that were all leased prior to project completion!

These units included:
• Hardwood floors
• Cherry kitchen cabinets
• Stainless steel appliances
• Walk-in closets
• Private balconies
